I would like to offer our condolences on behalf of the Hooton family in Middlesbrough. Our parents Tommy and Vera Hooton were close friends of the man my Dad called 'Podgy'. They worked at the docks together and enjoyed nights out as couples in Ormesby Club - dancing, bingo and a few drinks and a time to dress up and have fun. When Podgy's twin were born they had a puppy, Ricky who was being roughed about by the little ones and we adopted him. My 4 sisters and I have very happy memories of those times. Tommy and Vera passed away some time ago but we know that they would want the family to send you a message.
